Pasta Frolla Ingredients: -flour -sugar -lemon zest -butter -water -egg yolk -salt -almond flour

Apple Filling Ingredients: -apples -sugar -lemon juice -spices

Combine the ingredients for the apple filling. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Combine ingredients for the dough and roll out. Sprinkle with almond flour to absorb extra moisture from the fruit.

Place the sliced apples in the center of the rolled out dough. Fold over to partially cover the fruit.
