Dry Ingredients: – old fashioned oats  – almonds  – shredded coconut  – baking powder – ground cinnamon – salt

Wet ingredients – mashed bananas  – coconut oil  – maple syrup  – vanilla extract Add-ins: – chocolate chips – cranberries – pumpkin seeds

In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Whisk together. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, incorporate the mashed bananas with the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
