Castagnaccio is a traditional Tuscan cake with chestnut flour, olive oil, and nuts. This vegan fall dessert recipe is gluten-free with no added sugar.

Ingredients: - raisins - chestnut flour - salt - water - pine nuts - walnuts - olive oil - rosemary

Sift the chestnut flour and salt together.

Gradually whisk the water into the dry ingredients until smooth.

Add the raisins and half of the pine nuts and chopped walnuts to the batter.

Slowly pour the mixture into the pan, and then use a spatula to level it off. Sprinkle the remaining nuts and rosemary needles. Bake and enjoy!
