Add the egg mixture slowly to the hot mixture while constantly whisking. Heat until the mixture thickens. Add the grated chocolate, vanilla, salt and butter. Whisk together.
Pour mixture into a bowl, and cover with cellophane directly touching the top. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.Serve cold and enjoy with a dollop of whipped ricotta!
