Dry Ingredients: -6 cups oats  -1 cup almonds  -½ cup bran -½ cup coconut  -⅓ pumpkin seeds  -⅓ sesame seeds  -⅓ sunflower seeds  -1 tsp cinnamon  -½ tsp nutmeg -½ tsp cardamon

Wet Ingredients: -⅔ cup pure maple syrup -½ cup applesauce -⅓ cup water -2 tablespoons coconut oil  -2 tsp vanilla extract -½ tsp salt

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Combine the wet ingredients in a small saucepan.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients together  and spread on a lined baking sheet.
