Begin by mixing eggs, vegetable oil, salt, and flour to form a smooth dough. Let it rest while you prepare the filling.

Ingredients for cheese filling: – Caciotta cheese – Parmigiano    Reggiano cheese – Romano cheese – Eggs – Pepper

Grate the cheeses. Combine with eggs, and pepper to create a flavorful filling.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

Spoon the cheese mixture onto half of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling to create half-moon shapes. Seal the edges, bake and enjoy!
