Ingredients: – olive oil – vegetables – white wine – fish stock – herbs – cod – milk – lemon juice

Heat the olive oil, then add the vegetables and saute until soft. Add the wine, fish stock, potato, and seasonings. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
