Ingredients: – 30 grams espresso beans (2 tablespoons)  – 85 grams dark chocolate (70%) ½ cup

Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.

When the chocolate is almost completely melted, remove it from heat and stir to finish melting.

Add the espresso beans. Stir to coat the beans with chocolate.

Using a fork or a dipping tool...

...transfer to a parchment lined cookie sheet.
