How to Roast  Bell Peppers

If you love bell red peppers, roasting them is a great way to enjoy them year-round. Include them in antipasto platters, sandwiches, frittatas, or even on pizzas!

There are 4 methods to roast peppers: -in the oven -in an air fryer -on the BBQ -on a stovetop

Begin by rinsing the peppers with cold running water. Then, pat dry with a clean tea towel.

Roast until the skin is completely charred and the flesh is soft.

Transfer to a bowl, cover and allow to sweat.

When cool enough to handle, clean by removing the seeds and the skin. Do not rinse.

Marinate with olive oil and garlic and enjoy!
