These Italian chocolate cookies are super moist with a wonderful cake-like texture. This easy drop cookie recipe has the perfect proportion of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.

Ingredients: flour – cocoa – baking powder – baking soda – salt – spices – eggs – sugar – milk – vegetable oil – vanilla extract – zest of 1 orange

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Scoop dough with medium sized cookie scoop and roll in icing sugar.

Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Repeat with the rest of the dough and bake.
