Pane di Pasqua, also known as Italian Easter Bread, is a fluffy braided bread made with sweet yeast dough traditionally made at Easter time.

Yeast mixture ingredients: -8 grams active dry yeast  -1 cup milk  -1 tablespoon sugar

Dough ingredients: -5 eggs  -1 cup sugar -½ cup vegetable oil -1 teaspoon vanilla extract -orange zest -1½ cups russet potato boiled and riced -1000 grams flour

Combine the ingredients and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Allow the dough to rise until double in size.

Punch down dough and allow to rest for another 30 minutes.
