Ingredients: – calzone dough – olive oil – onion – chili flakes – anchovies – capers – olives – garlic – escarole

Before we can begin to saute the ingredients for the filling, we need to blanch the escarole and chop some of the ingredients.

Once the ingredients are prepped, we can now saute them to make the escarole filling.

Transfer the escarole filling onto the rolled out dough and cover with another piece of dough. Crimp the edges. Bake for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and enjoy!
