Ingredients: – Flour  – Baking powder – Salt – Lemon sugar  – Brown sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Lemon juice

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.

Add the dry ingredients to the liquid. Stir with a wooden spoon until incorporated.

Space the logs about 3 inches apart. With damp fingers, shape each section of dough into a log. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until light golden brown in color and firm.
