These bite-sized mini pancakes are perfect for a quick and easy breakfast! You can make these with only a few basic ingredients in no time.  This recipe is dairy and egg-free.

Dry Ingredients: – all-purpose flour – sugar – baking powder – baking soda – flaxseed optional – salt

Wet Ingredients: – almond milk or milk alternative – water – vegetable oil – lemon juice – vanilla extra

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones. Stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.

Use a small disher to drop the batter on a griddle. Flip when air bubbles surface. Continue to cook for another minute. Repeat with the rest of the batter and enjoy.
