Ingredients: – broccoli – olive oil – garlic – lemon juice – salt and pepper

Cut broccoli into florets. Cut the stem into thin sticks or rounds. Transfer to a colander and rinse. Pat dry.

Transfer to a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer. Bake at 425℉(220℃) for 20 minutes until tender-crisp. Enjoy!
