This Peach  Crostata recipe is such an easy Italian dessert! Simply roll out the dough, pile in the sliced peaches, and bake to perfection.

Pasta Frolla Ingredients: -flour -sugar -lemon zest -butter -water -egg yolk -salt

Peach Filling Ingredients: -peaches -sugar -flour -spices -salt

Combine the ingredients for the peach filling. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Combine ingredients for the dough and roll out. Place the sliced peaches in the center, leaving a 1½-2 inch border around the edges.

Fold over to partially cover the fruit.
