Ingredients: – Flour, 00 or AP – Baking powder – Salt – Water – Milk – Olive oil

Whisk together the flour with the baking powder and the salt. Add the warm liquids and combine to form a soft dough.

Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes. Then, divide and shape the dough into 4 balls. Use a rolling pin to flatten into a disc.
