Ingredients: – water  – salt – olive oil – cornmeal  – fresh herbs

In a bowl, combine the cornmeal with 4 cups of hot water. Set aside.

Bring the rest of the water to boil in a large pot. Add the salt and olive oil.

Add the soaked cornmeal and stir for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
