Ingredients: – olive oil – garlic – shallot – salt – chili flakes/pepper – rainbow chard – canned white beans – white wine vinegar

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic, followed by the chopped shallot and chopped chard stems. Cook until they start to soften.

Season with salt, chili flakes, and pepper. Add the chopped chard leaves, Increase heat to medium-high and cover. Cook until wilted and liquid evaporates.

Add the white beans. Cook until they are heated through. Stir in the white wine vinegar. Adjust for seasonings. Place on serving dish. drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!
