Pie Crust Ingredients: – flour – sugar – baking powder – salt – eggs – vanilla extract – unsalted butter

Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse ground meal.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract and pulse. Turn out the dough and form into a smooth disc. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Chocolate Filling Ingredients: – ricotta – chocolate – granulated sugar – orange zest – whipping cream – rum
