Divide the dough into 4 smaller portions. Roll each portion into a long rope about ¾ inch (2 cm) thick. Cut the rope into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces to form the gnocchi.
Drop in a large pot of salted boiling water for a few minutes. The gnocchi are done when they float to the top.Serve with your favorite sauce and ENJOY!
