This quick and simple recipe combines shaved Brussels sprouts with caramelized shallots and garlic to create a perfect side dish.

Ingredients: – olive oil – shallots – garlic – brussels sprouts – salt – pepper – lemon juice – Italian parsley

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots and garlic. Cook, until softened and lightly golden. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small bowl.

Add the brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper and cover. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the cooked shallots and garlic. Garnish with lemon juice and fresh parsley and enjoy!
