This recipe for skillet broccoli with garlic and toasted sesame seeds is quick, simple, and flavorful. Both kids and adults just love it!

Ingredients: – Olive oil – Garlic  – Fresh thyme  – Chili flakes  – Broccoli (washed, cut into 1-inch florets with stems) – Salt  – Water

Prepare Garlic Mixture: Combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil with garlic, thyme, and a pinch of chili flakes. Set aside.

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli pieces and salt. Cook without stirring for 2 minutes.

Add the water, cover the skillet, and let the broccoli steam until it turns bright green but remains crisp (about 2 minutes).

Push the broccoli to one side of the skillet. Add the garlic mixture. Stir and saute until fragrant (around 30 seconds). Combine with broccoli in the pan.
