Ingredients: - olive oil  - yellow onion  - garlic cloves  - zucchini  - salt and pepper  - egg  - water - Romano cheese - Italian parsley

Chop the fresh zucchini into ½-inch quarters. Chop and prep the rest of the fresh ingredients.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook stirring occasionally until translucent and softened about 3-5 minutes.

Add the chopped zucchini and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Saute until golden brown.
