You only need one tablespoon of olive oil to make the best Air Fryer Potatoes. This healthy side dish is ready in just 30 minutes, without any parboiling. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
Rinse and pat dry the potatoes. No need to peel them.
Cut in half, lengthwise and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Toss together properly ensuring each potato half is properly coated with the oil.
Place in the air fryer basket, in a single layer, without overcrowding them.
Turn on the heat to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for 20- 23 minutes. There is no need to preheat the oven.
Depending on your model, it may be necessary to shake the potatoes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
As an option, squeeze lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped fresh rosemary.
