Ingredients

  • 3 cups almonds roasted, with or without skin

Instructions

  • Place room temperature roasted almonds in the food processor.
  • Process on medium-high speed for 15 minutes.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl every couple of minutes.
  • Be patient :)
  • Transfer to jar, refrigerate and enjoy!

Notes

To roast almonds: Place almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 300℉ for about 20 minutes. Move almonds around a few times while they are roasting. Cool to room temperature before you start the process of making homemade almond butter.
