With just a few ingredients and a simple roasting method, these Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts become a savory and delicious side dish you'll make over and over again!

Ingredients: – Brussels sprouts – garlic – olive oil – fresh rosemary – salt and pepper – pine nuts – parmesan cheese

Trim off the stem end with a sharp paring knife and cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.

Place the cut vegetables in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Toss all the ingredients together to ensure the sprouts have a thin coating of oil.

Place on a sheet pan and arrange cut side down. Place vegetables in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and roast for about 15 minutes. Toss and roast them for another 15 minutes.

Sprinkle pine nuts during the last 5 minutes of roasting. Remove from oven, grate Parmesan cheese over the top and serve. Enjoy!
