Ingredients: – zucchini – salt – olive oil – onion – garlic cloves – parsley – pepper to taste – Parmesan cheese

Trim off the ends and cut the zucchini into ¼ inch rounds.

Salt and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.

Pat dry to remove excess moisture and salt.

Cook undisturbed until browned around edges.
