Ingredients: -zucchini grated -all-purpose flour  -whole wheat flour  -baking powder -baking soda -salt -cinnamon ground -nutmeg ground -eggs  -brown sugar packed -vegetable oil -vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk together both flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Add the grated zucchini with the wet ingredients and combine them properly together.

Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients. Quickly combine together with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until just moistened.
