Ingredients: – zucchini – flour – eggs – milk – garlic – panko – grated cheese – parsley, oregano,    paprika, salt and    pepper

Rinse the zucchini and trim off the ends. Leave the peel on. Cut into ½-inch sticks.

Prepare 3 shallow plates. Plate #1: whisk the flour; Plate #2: whisk the eggs, milk and garlic; Plate #3: Combine panko, cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat each zucchini stick lightly with flour.

Next, dip in the egg wash and finally roll lightly in the panko mixture.
