  • 6 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup almond slivers
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries


  • Break the dark chocolate into little pieces and place in a heatproof bowl. 
  • Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
  • When chocolate is almost completely melted, remove from heat and stir to finish melting. 
  • Stir in the pumpkin seeds, almond slivers and dried cranberries. 
  • Spoon about a small teaspoon of the cluster mixture in individual miniature paper cups.
  • Place in refrigerator to allow chocolate to set.  
  • Can be stored in airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
